I received the product and for some reason it was not working even after charging. I contacted the company and they replied to my email immediately and sent out another one. The item works great!

I bought this for my teenager how is working on her own skin care routine. She loves it! So be careful cause if you let it suction in one place a little too long it can leave a tiny hickie looking mark! Lol.

The Machine Is Better for Oil Cuz the Suction Doesn't Always Get the Blackheads Out, but They Include Little Metal Things that Get the Blackheads Very Easily N Painlessly. You Need to Hold the Power Button to Turn It Off.

Product is exactly like display picture, easy to set up, use and clean. The additional extraction tools are also useful no change of color thus far either. I would like more suction for black head extraction however it’s a good product!

I've been using a heart rate monitor for a while, but the previous one didn't know it was working until I looked at the cycon, but since the LED on this heart rate monitor flashes, it's nice to know if it's properly attached

Since it is a chest worn type, heart rate can be measured with high accuracy without errors like a wristwatch type, and the price was kept down.

Works well, I like the LED that shows when it's attached to the band. Has a lower profile than the moofit hr monitor that I am replacing it with. Seems accurate as well.
